We are helping 5 or 6 vulnerable families in the villages near Bro. Goodson Chintanda, including Bro. Goodson himself as he and his family have been living under plastic sheeting since his own home collapsed. This is a remote area on a hillside overlooking the Lirangwe valley and getting buildings materials there is difficult and costly. In order to minimise transport costs we pre-purchased many of the bulkier items necessary, and hired a truck to take this to Goodson’s home in a single trip.
